Random Patient Abandonment
Abandoned care randomly in the 3rd trimester. When questioned she refused to even talk to me about it. Midwife kept giving contradicting reasons as to why. Not much of a health team if you ask me. Just a money grab with minimal risks to them.

A great doctor!
I had a very scary health concern and Dr. Jensen was sweet, kind, reassuring and she was on it! She did what needed to be done and I felt seen and heard the entire time. She never acted like she was in a rush or like there was somewhere else for her to be. You just don’t find that anymore. Five stars to this doctor!

This is the worst front office ever! I was advised by Cindy to get a referral from my old gyn. Which I did. They she told me that before she would schedule me, I needed to physically come to the office to bring my insurance card to her! She was extremely rude.

Dr. Jansen was on call when I had my son. She and the staff at Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital were excellent. My son was 9lbs 10oz and had a hard time getting his shoulders through the birth canal. Dr. Jensen and the team acted quickly, without causing damage to me or my son. I also suffered from high blood pressure and felt she made the best recommendations for me and got me through without having to start a magnesium drip. All in all, this delivery was an amazing experience. After a crazy birth 7 years ago (at a different hospital) I thought childbirth was bound to be traumatic... which just isn’t the case when you’re in good hands.
