Dr. Felicia Carr was Amazing. She was so kind and very concerned about my medications I am taking, one in particular. She answered my questions also. She was very interested in my health. She really spent time with me and was not hurried. Her entire staff was so kind, but Renee my nurse and Sarah my receptionist were exceptionally helpful and so kind. The patients' waiting room was so clean also. I highly recommend Dr Felicia Carr and her Medical Staff.

Horrible
If I could leave no stars I would. I moved to Savannah in January 2021, and this doctor came recommended. From the first time I set foot in this office in August 2021 it has been nothing but inadequate care and down right negligence. If you value your health, please seek care from another TRUE professional. I cannot explain how disappointed I am in the lack of knowledge, empathy, and follow through from this doctor. Worse medical experience I have ever had. From the front desk all the down to the lab techs. Just utterly ridiculous.

Dr. Carr does not take her time to listen to patient’s concerns. For over two years my mother has been telling her that she had been experiencing left sided abdominal pain with a strong history of pancreatic cancer in the family. Dr. Carr just told her, “Oh! It’s most likely just constipation, just take a laxative.” All it took was ONE test or ONE scan!! Fast forward 2 years and now my mother has stage 4 pancreatic cancer. The patient knows their body best. Take the time to listen and be proactive versus reactive! Just one click of a button and we may not have had the outcome we now have to face. I absolutely do not recommend this physician!!

This doctor is very nice and pleasant. However, her skills and knowledge are lacking. For instance, she could not answer questions about a routine blood test. She did not understand what the Flagged (high or loss readings) items on the blood test meant, but suggested not to worry? This is just one example. Beware.

I chose Dr. Carr because my ACA Insurance provider wouldn’t pay for the primary care doctor I had for twenty years. I saw her one time and gave her my medical history. I went back to my former physician when I turned 65 and informed her office. When I renewed my prescription online, a new pharmacist called her office by mistake and was told I could only have half my prescription and it had to last 30 days. When I called her office to renew, I was told I needed to visit her for a referral.

I was accused of over medicating myself and Dr. Carr dropped me as a patient. She didn't check to see if the pharmacy got the dates wrong. I showed her office manager my pharmacy paperwork and she wanted me to return as a patient. I refused.
