Worst Experience Ever with MD
Telehealth
Dr. Hercules was rude and malicious. She advised a PA not to prescribe me medication needed for a chronic condition because she did not like how many appointments I had been a 'no show' for. She spoke over me and interrupted me and spoke to me like I was stupid. I have genuinely never in my life been treated so poorly by a medical professional and never felt compelled to leave a review for a physician before. I would truly avoid at all costs.

Thorough examination and clear communication. She regularly checked up on us during an extremely busy shift and did a great job of reassuring my anxious mom. Extremely helpful that she spoke Spanish.

She treated me for a condition I did not have and billed Medicare. She is totally incompetent, not compassionate, and dismisses of one's? feelings?.
