Ignores Online Patients
I was trying to utalize the Ochsner Anywhere for a virtual meeting in regards to a question about an xray I had done today..While trying to connect, Dr. Felicia Ward continuously showed as available, but would cancel the meeting after I had been waiting. Her last messages claimed I was not connecting. I was connected and in fact waiting for HER to connect to the server video. This is insulting and sounds like she made an excuse to not do her job. I feel like this doctor is picking and choosing which patients she wants to help. There is an option for doctors to call and reach out to their patients if there is an issue. She did not do so. As a patient, I do not have the option to reach out to her. This should be addressed.
