Dr. Feng Liu, MD

Seen doctor more than once. Each visit he was rude, lacks compassion or empathy. He does NOT listen or read medical records properly. He is horrible at injections and is quite rough in procedure. His medical after visit notes do not make sense nor are they accurate. Would not recommend for any treatment

Been dealing with the left side of my body feeling asleep for 14 years and finally have insurance and could get in to see a specialist. 14 years ago I had X-ray and MRI done and no one could figure out what was happening. Tell me why the SPECIALIST in this field is asking me 'WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO?' I want you to use your knowledge and run tests and figure out what is going on!! He was very dismissive and frustrating. Pretty much told me I've been living fine with it this long, that I'm fine living with it forever. I will be filling a formal complaint with his administration.

I have migraine over 30 years. I’ve been through so many doctors. Dr. Liu is the one really give me treatment.

Dr. Liu was excellent, I was very pleased with my visit. He listened carefully to my symptoms, ran some neurological tests, reviewed my recent scans with me and was thorough in his diagnosis. He was very patient and I did not feel rushed at all. He has a lot of experience with dual expertise in neurology and psychiatry which is a definite plus. He scheduled a follow-up appointment before I left and said don't hesitate to reach out if I had any issues in the meantime. I haven't left the doctor so happy in such a long time.

I have never had such a horrible experience with a doctor. I waited two months for this appointment and was thoroughly let down. Dr. Liu was dismissive of my numbness saying it was in my head and that only a “miracle” could happen and it would go away. He also raised his voice at me when I asked if there was anything I could do. He said there was nothing and I had to beg to get additional tests done. I have never had a doctor immediately give up on me. He stated in his notes that he had fully examined me when he didn’t, as well as noting that I was in denial. Unfortunately I will have to seek care elsewhere for someone who is interested in helping their patients and not blaming them for their concerns.

I saw Dr. Liu for consultation and left more confused then when I arrived. He spoke in circles, often contradicting himself, and seemed that he didnt know what he was talking about. And then the report he sent my PCP was VERY different then our confusing conversation. Staff was great, but I wont return to this physician.

Absolutely NO help after waiting over two months for an appointment. Complete waste of time.
