Office staff
Dr. Manlio I trust but his office staff rarely answers the phone and doesn’t contact your primary Dr. office when an updated referral is needed. (It was there and they acted like they didn’t know what they were doing 3-4 ladies?)It’s too bad a good Dr has these issues and it makes clients very disgusted.Especially when they speak Spanish in front of you thinking I don’t know what they are saying.Yes that’s the front desk woman. No hand sanitizer?

Rude and unprofessional
The first thing he said to my wife was your skin is never going to look any better. His staff were all milling around and disinterested in doing their job. We would never go here again.

Dysport Gone Wrong
DO NOT go to Dr. Manlio for any injectable cosmetic treatment. He not only bruised my forehead, he either injected too much Dysport, or placed it in the wrong location, causing my eyelid to droop so much, I can barely open my eye. Never again.

Dr was fine but the billing department is HORRIBLE! Insurance has been waiting almost 4 months for them to send in correct papers to close out a claim in which they owe us money for. Unprofessional employees working in the offices. Have filed with BBB and Fl Division of Consumer Services.

We liked the doctor however the staff and billing were so terrible that we will never go here again! BEFORE the appointment we were told we would be billed $40, afterwards our account was billed for almost $300! We were told by Denise in billing that we would be reimbursed, and after repeatedly calling for 9 MONTHS they still hadn't. And I was finally contacted by someone else in billing and told we were not getting our money back. And now it was too late to file a grievance with our Insurance.

Dr. Manlio is one of the worst doctors I have ever seen. He said that he couldn't do a proper skin check on me because I had to many moles. He also told me that I had bladder cancer. I went to my urologist and he said that was ridiculous. Nothing I had indicated bladder cancer. I would not recommend him to anyone.

We had the good fortune to find Dr. Manlio and his wonderful staff! From the very beginning, my husband was very apprehensive. Dr. Manlio and Kathy and Terence were so kind and caring and professional, he felt at ease . He needed Moh's surgery and was treated successfully! We will definitely refer all friends and family to Dr. Manlio for our dermatology needs, Christine
