If you have a few hours to spare , if you want the front desk to forget about you then this is your kind of place . They left my 85 year old mother in the car on the street in the sun waiting for a “ Covid test” 40 minutes after her appt time they still never came back for her .

I’ve been going there for about a year now never had a long wait. Everybody’s always friendly. She seems very knowledgeable and she’s very thorough. Never had a problem with prescription. Renewals would definitely recommend.

I love her!! I’m an anti vax she’s not rude to me. I’m actually a little nutty lol but she makes me feel like family.. She’s actually very caring and smart. She took very good care of me virtually during the first few times I had Covid the first year 2020.. Seen her after as well. She’s very honest, I’ve been with her years she’s amazing and don’t give you what you don’t need! She’s straight to the point tells you the truth. Not sure what else we can ask for ? Everyone even staff are good. She’s my favorite Primary care Doctor of all time! Thanks for caring Dr. Shilippi and thanks for Christina too!

Dr shilpee is so much caring,kind & quite knowledgeable above all diagnosing is so accurate. She is one of the best doctor in town

Rude, dismissive and ignored what I asked about basically…have been going for years…TIME FOR A CHANGE!

Appalling behavior by Dr. Shilpee during my last wellness visit. First question to me was “so did you get your booster?” I said no. I then asked if she could write me a script for Ivermectin. This simple question triggered her like I’d never expected. Her immediate response (yelling this & very nasty) was “ABSOLUTELY NOT. I WOULD NEVER PRESCRIBE THIS TO MY PATIENTS & THERE ARE NO STUDIES SHOWING IT'S EFFECTIVE IN TREATING COVID. IN FACT, THERE ARE SERIOUS SIDE EFFECTS TO THIS DRUG”...“YOU’RE VERY MISINFORMED & YOU NEED TO LISTEN TO DOCTORS” I was shocked by her incredibly nasty comments & tone. I politely replied to her that I’ve seen/read that people are treated successfully with it. She cut me off again & said (nasty) “ Really? WHAT DID YOU READ?! TELL ME.” Could not have been more condescending. Who speaks to their patients like this?? At one point she even said in a sarcastic tone ”oh, you’re an anti vaxxer..” REALLY? The final straw was her "don't get covid.." as she walked out.

I have a very positive experience with Dr. Shilpee and her staff. Scheduling an appointment is very easy. Dr. Shilpee will take the time to get to know you and understand your situation.

A brilliant Doctor

Save your time. Appointments mean nothing at this place. You will be sitting for at least an hour before being seen. The likelihood of seeing Shilpee is slim, as she has nurse practitioners that rotate all the time. They don't call you with your results, you constantly have to call them. I've been going here for years, and its progressively getting worse. I no longer feel comfortable with their medical decision. If you would like to save a piece of your sanity, go somewhere else.

Dr Shilpee is a nice person but her office is not good. Some of the assistants are rude and don't always know what they are talking about. We have been given wrong results and misdiagnosed multiple times since Shilpee took over from the Shah's. She leaves her office sometimes a week or more and has people running it who aren't fully sure of something. I used this office since a kid but have to switch after Shilpee took over. She should really consider hiring doctors for her who know their stuff

3 weeks after my test I finally called the office to get my results since they did not call me, even though the testing site called me within a week to schedule part 2 as test was positive. 3 days later I called again. In response to my displeasure at not hearing from the dr, the very rude receptionist told me: dr was too busy to call, she hadn't even gotten lunch; it was against the law to fax me results; I couldn't get my records to change Drs because they own them.
