Doesnt listen and refused to help
This Dr dismissed 75% of what I told her. I brought records in and she misunderstood and misquoted them in my chart. She then ordered the wrong tests , didnt follow up on any requests and read and ignored my messages. Just an all around waste of time and prolonged a lot of suffering for me. I have a life threatening condition that she couldnt be bothered to help me with and I ended up in the ICU.

Excellent appointment experience
She did a thorough review of my medical record, asked many questions, and did numerous office physical tests. She responded clearly to my questions, explained the diagnostic possibilities, and set up a follow up appointment to resolve some uncertainties. She was pleasant throughout. Altogether a excellent appointment.

Seemed knowledgeable but very poor communicator. Just looked at computer the whole time. Doesn’t belong in clinical area. I’m going to request another doctor.

Horrible. Just horrible. Sat at the computer with her back to me and my husband. Barely acknowledged us. Super dismissive (I was later diagnosed with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome but she dismissed my autonomic dysfunction symptoms as nothing). When I became tired of playing phone tag to get the results of a brain MRI (understandably and nerve wracking experience) and begged her to just leave a voice mail with the results, she said I needed a psychiatrist.

She arrived in the room did not introduce herself, confirm I was the correct patient or say more than “hello”. She was cold, brief, and ignored 90% of my symptoms. She barely covered what she thought I had or what we were going to do as a plan.

I found this doctor dismissive, hurried, and cold. I left feeling I hadn’t been listened to as a patient. She didn’t seem to have my best interests in mind. It was a disheartening and disappointing experience.
