Office needs to be retrained or Replaced
I am a caregiver if I could I would change my patient doctor if I could but since they have been there for years they do not want to change the “Office staff” is difficult to deal, They need to be retrained or “replaced” they don’t know how to read our document in patients charts, Office Over books, They don’t call in refills they don’t do referrals on a timely basis they put “patients Health in jeopardy” If you have a choice please get some somewhere else.

This review is on behalf of my mother. She stated that Dr. Gonzales was very nice to her. The supportive staff such as a nurse and medical assistant were not so supportive. While my mother was asking for clarification regarding a patient health questionnaire the nurse continued to tell her just answer the question. When I called to get clarification about a diagnosis and meds prescribed I was told by the medical assistant that I should have come to the appointment with my mom.
