I'd give him a zero if it was possible
He failed to find my husbands pneumonia and large epyema which is hard pus in the airsac of the lung which led to him becoming delerious and falling off the bed unconscious a few hours after the visit. The doctor had said he's fine and sent us home. EMS came to the house and he was admitted, had lung surgery, had 2 tubes attached to a pump inserted under his ribcage, was placed in the cancer ward for around the clock monitoring. Following a week in the hospital on heavy IV antibiotics he was transferred to a nursing home for 3 weeks to continue the IV and get physical therapy. A year later and he has not fully recovered.

My husband and I were very impressed with the staff at the office of Dr. Keller. Dr. Keller himself was extremely professional and was able to identify the problem in a very short period of time and make appropriate recommendations.

Told me I was not responding to treatment and left the hospital room. Felt like I was left for dead. The next time I saw him, I questioned my treatment and asked if I there were alternatives and then named a few. He said, "I did not know what I was talking about, now shut up."

Dr. Keller did not introduce himself when he first saw me in the hospital. He stated that I was fine to go home after admitting that he had not reviewed or even looked at my echocardiogram and physically walked out of the room and closed the door as I was asking him questions about my pulmonary embolism. Poor bedside manner, would not recommend.

Dr. Keller is the BEST!! He was my moms lung doctor and now my dads and he has treated them both so good. He cares so much for the well being of his patients and he explains everything in detail so they know exactly what to expect and what’s going on. He is so caring and I would recommend him to everyone who needs the best pulmonologist! We are so lucky to have found him!

I liked the dr a lot, I was told to get a test at the hospital, and received an email reminder about an appointment I never made, I called and tried to explain I didn’t go yet and never made the appointment, the woman was rude started yelling at me-and hung up

Dr. Keller is my new pulmonologist. I wish I would have known him years ago. Very pleasant and very professional. Unfortunate cannot say the same for the front staff! This lady was very rude! ( I hope that conversations are being recorded.) Not doctors, should have anybody like her, up front! But this is not going to stop me from seeing Dr. Keller again!
