Poor communications with patient.
Doctor moved practice over 50 miles away and sent no message about the move. I could not make it to my appointment. No notice was posted on old office location. They want to charge me for an appointment they failed to keep. Very bad administrative execution. I will not return to this practice.

Office canceled my appointment without telling me
My appointment was canceled by the office and no one called, emailed, or texted to inform me. This resulted in my missing the opportunity to schedule with another physician. I made a virtual appointment on 7/20/23 for 5pm. I called and confirmed the appointment at 4:10 that day and the office said everything was in place for the appointment. I logged in and after my credit card information was taken I was sent to the virtual waiting room and was told the doctor was with another patient. I waited for 35 minutes then called the office and they were already closed for the day.

Dr. Porter has been my primary care physician for over 5 years. He is very professional and very friendly. He always asks questions and seeks my input in my treatment. I've never felt rushed and have always been able to ask as many questions as I needed to feel comfortable. He's very proactive when it comes to patient care and the way he retains knowledge about my medical history makes me feel very confident in his ability to care for me.

Best doctor I've ever had. Quick with wait time, listens to patients, gave options of treatment, gave estimate length of treatment to make sure it works appropriately, quick with filling out needed medical forms. Definitely would recommend
