Wonderful and truly cares
Absolutely love Dr Silas! He's charming charismatic and truly cares about his patience. I've been going to see him or staff member for 17 years. He's also been treating my son who is now 18 since he was three. I would recommend anybody to go there. I trust Dr Smiles with my life and the life of my child, after all he was very instrumental in saving my life I would not be here today but we're not for Dr Silas!

Office Staff
Will not be taking my child here, the office staff hardly answer the phone and when they do it's seems as if you are bothering them. Very rude and unprofessional, the least they could do is be kind. The voice-mail boxes are always full and no way to email or contact them online. I'm not sure about the doctor, but I wouldn't recommend to anyone based on the front office staff.

Very poor quality of treatment
Was misdiagnosed by this doctor. He treated me with disrespect during visits, and made me pay hundreds more than my estimated quote! I do not recommend seeing this doctor at all. Dr. Siles constantly arrives tardy and displays an uncaring demeanor.

Extremely unprofessional and highly unqualified
Dr. Siles ridiculed me for explaining why I was not pleased with the medication, and misdiagnosed my PTSD. As a Navy Veteran, I am extremely upset at his lack of attention to detail as it pertains to his work. He has a history of this type of demeaning language toward patients, being late, and overcharging for visits. I hope this review clarifies to others the distraught that Dr. Siles has committed. Have just sent in a formal complaint to his place of work about this doctor.
