So disappointed
I’ve been a patient of Dr Guerrero since I was in my 20’s I am now in my late fifties. First of all Dr Guerrero is no longer seeing his old patients, only new and I understood this going into the appointment. I was disappointed but assured that this person that I was going to see was approved by Dr Guerrero. I can not believe that Dr Guerrero has trusted this PA man to assess his long time patients. I was basically told that I’m getting old and my equipment was failing and if the pain was not bad enough to bring me to the emergency room I just have irritable bowel. The way I was treated and spoken to is not acceptable and I know that Dr Guerrero would not want his long time patients dismissed like this.

I refute all that the other reviewer said. EXCEPT waiting time. It is busy there. All staff are nice or were to me. Especially the ones inside the room you have to go into to prep. I found Dr. Guerrero to be very nice and extremely informative. He even showed me the pictures of my colon and explained EVERYTHING Listen A colonoscopy/Endoscopy is no fun.I get it.It is scary.Toughest part is getting a needle put in your arm. Very kind and calming staff to 1st timers in prep/recovery room.

Horrible!!! Very consider. And every time I call is a least 15 minutes waiting and they have no clue what they are doing. Marcos is the only employee that talk and give time to patients. All the pre staff in the back are also great. Dr. Guerrero does not see or talk to patients. I have so many questions pending but he doesn't have time to explain to me. All he said was You have Crohns. And he walk out. He didn't explain nothing about what should do. Not coming back unless I have no choice
