He didn't screen whether a procedure was safe w/my pre-existing condition. With pre-existing, low-grade bacterial or viral infection such as Lyme's disease & shingles, which I had, cortisone can lower immunity, causing a flare up. He gave me a cortisone shot for neck pain in my low back, saying it was an 'extra big dose.' The shot caused my auto immune disease to flare up & immediately following the shot I lost my short term memory for 6 month's and I was on death's door. Floyd Ring didn't care
