Dr. Folake Aminu, MD

From day one I found Dr Aminu to be an excellent Dr. She is very thorough, she listens carefully to what I say and asks detailed followup questions . She does not rush appointments, she explains treatment options, she does not restrict her examination to what I have indicated but goes even further. She is very responsive to any questions or concerns I have whether I use her clinic’s portal or whether I leave a message with the receptionist. I have recommended her to my daughter & would highly recommend her to anyone.

I travel all the way for Forsyth GA Just to see her. 2 hr drive worth it! She listens and she fixes the issues!

Dr. Aminu is an amazing Doctor. I was looking for a General Practitioner in my area and she was referred to by my mother, who raved about her friendly disposition and knowledge. She is very thorough and detail oriented. Dr. Aminu is very easy to talk to so I feel very comfortable with her as the Doctor of my entire family. My four daughters are able to discuss any questions and concerns they have about their health. I would highly recommend her and feel confident that I have a top notch Doctor on my side. I was very surprised to read a few of these reviews were unfavorable towards Dr. Aminu - she is awesome and comes highly recommended by a very particular and prayerful person.

Pretty bad tbh. I was in the (very disorganized) waiting room for half an hour and could hear the staff saying that she was in her office, but apparently she was not in a hurry. When I finally did see her, she acted angry and inconvenienced that she misunderstood what I needed because the appt took longer than she allowed time for and she then had another patient waiting. Terrible attitude - bad enough that she apologized for it at some point, but then proceeded to not change her demeanor a bit. Can only conclude that she is just that way? Anyway, that was my only visit for obvious reasons.

Terrible doctor

The worst bedside manner of any doctor I have ever visited. From the first visit - it was like she hated me. She failed to follow up with me on much needed information regarding my lab results. Questioned me on all my meds - when the information was in my file. (I WAS a long time patient with her current firm). This person has definite anger issues and does not belong in the medical industry. Evidently - she is letting something in her personal life float into her professional one.

I was looking for a family doctor and came across the North Atlanta Primary Care. I wanted an appointment with the Sugar Hill location but they were booked so I went to the Braselton location and I am so glad that I did. The entire staff is so friendly. Dr.Aminu is very kind and patient in answering questions from both myself and my inquisitive 12 year old daughter. I normally don’t leave Dr. reviews but the experience was so great I have to share. Wish I found NAPC/Dr. Aminu sooner.
