Interaction with Patient was Insufficient
Dr. Ajegba was professional, but not particularly warm. She did not explain anything about the procedure, but rather left it to the medical assistants (who did their best). As a result, the medical assistants told me I would have 6-8 samples taken for my biopsy, but I only learned afterwards (as the sampling process continued), that Dr. Ajegba had taken 12 samples. I realize this may have been what any physician would have advised, but without good communication, it's hard for me to trust that I have a voice in what's happening, and that all 12 samples were necessary.
