Extremely kind, smart, patient, helpful
Dr. Chan has the interest of the patient at heart before all. She really cares and knows what she's doing. I'm seizure free and have been for years. Thank you!

My neurologist closed her clinic. I researched neurologists & settled on Dr. Chan. I saw her once & then was passed on to a physician's assistant. Not sure of the exact title but similar to a NP but they must work under a neurologist. The medical assistant got my medicine dosage wrong & I was prescribed an overdose. This landed me in the ER two weeks in a row. My blood pressure was so high the ER staff thought I was having a stroke. When I figured out the issue, I contacted Dr. Chan's office. The error in medication dosage was acknowledged & the correct prescription was called in to the pharmacy. Upon my next visit, a different medical assistance struggled to understand my anti-seizure meds dosage despite me offering to write it down 3 times. The 'physician's assistant' took over and verified everything in the system but when I left the office summary document still reflected the incorrect dosage of anti-seizure meds. I find Dr. Chan to be impersonal & lacking in bedside manners.

Answered prayer!
We live in Tulsa and discovered our insurance at the time also worked in Dallas. Dr Chan was very thorough with her care for our daughter and worth several trips to Dallas! Would do 100 more if needed, but thankfully our daughter is doing much better thanks to Dr Chan’s care!

One of My Favorite Neurologists
Dr. Chan is wonderful and one of the best neurologists I've had over the years. She's working with me towards an RNS treatment and has been incredibly helpful thoughout the process as has her staff. I am so thankful to have found such a gifted doctor that remains so sweet.

Dr. Chan is phenomenal
Dr. Chan is phenomenal. My husband saw 3 previous neurologist before we found Dr. Chan. We never felt like the other doctors were listening to us and we felt that they were, for lack of a better way to put this, ignoring symptoms and saying they were not related and not providing any path moving forward to treat my husband. Dr. Chan listened to us, reviewed all of the medical records we brought with us, diagnosed my husband, and created a treatment plan moving forward.

This is Worst Doctor I have ever seen in my 35 years of seeing doctors. I don't know who trained this woman but they forgot to teach her about kindness and courtesy and Compassion towards her patients because she has none. This is the Coldest cut throat person I have ever met. The whole clinic is worthless they don't return messages or calls or portal messages or refill medicines period. The Doctor is only 33 years old and thinks she is God and it's her way or the highway or questioning her opinion she will fire the patient and put the patient

Terrible she is so arrogant and elitist in her mind and has no business being a licensed doctor she gives the profession a bad name because great doctors know how to be compassionate and care for their patients not arrogance just because you call their cell phone with an emergency and wanted only to know how we got her cell phone number? Well idiot we got it from your personal nurse Bree that gave it to us and told us to call you but since you didn't care to know we were out of medications and desperately tried to go through your web portal to no avail it was a last resort. Frankly I don't know how you live with yourself at night it must be awfully lonely being that self righteous and arrogant.

Dr. Chan saw my daughter for optic nerve related symptoms and MRI and testing results . Myself being in the medical field , I would have to say I was impressed with her knowledge , interpretation and the compassion and smile she delivered her diagnosis with. She made myself , my family and most of all the patient ,my 18 y.o. daughter , feel comfortable in a tense situation . Without any reservation I would highly recommend Dr. Chan with a five star rating and feel she is a great asset to this community and to my families and patients she will help over her career ...

If I could give zero stars I would. I am on a heavy prescription of anticonvulsants and have intractable epilepsy. I began seeing Dr. Chan after my wonderful neurologist closed his office. Now, I have been trying for 30 days to get Dr. Chan or her assistant to renew my anticonvulsant prescription. Despite the urgent need - and the fact that without these medicines I will require hospitalization - I cannot get a return call from either Dr. Chan or her assistant, and no prescription filled. Thankfully, I have an internist who called me back and, despite discomfort writing a prescription for anticonvulsants when she knew I had a neurologist, was willing to step up and write one given the emergency situation. Without that, I would currently be two days without medication. I still have not heard back from Dr. Chan. I have never experienced anything like this with any neurologist in over 35 years of living with epilepsy. I am firing Dr. Chan today and finding another neurologist.
