So this absolutely nothing against Dr Cantrell as he has been mine and my kids pediatrician since I was 5 and since I had my kids starting in 2013. Today 2/15/21 I experienced the ABSOLUTE WORST “customer service” from his front desk staff . Octavia and I’m not sure of the Hispanics girls name. I was hung up on twice , by both Octavia and the other girl. I called back to try and figure out what the issue was. I called back multiple times to try and speak to someone , anyone and each time they picked up my call and then hung up the phone . I had my coworker as witness to this . They wouldn’t even forward my call to the appointment line . Just kept picking up the phone and then hanging it up . Both of my children are seen at this office and this make me very nervous to take them back there if this is the type of treatment we are going to receive. This continued on for about 30 minutes of me calling and calling trying to get to the appointment line . Apparently I’m going to just have to g

Dr. Cantrell is the best doctor in Cobb County. I have been taking both of my boys to him for over 15 years. He is willing to take the time to properly diagnose your child and give the best treatment options. When he started his own practice again, it took me over a year to find out where he moved. I will never go to another pediatrician as long as we are in Georgia. Even if we move out of Cobb County. I would give him 10 stars if I could.
