Deal with him at work. Wants diagnosis information on family member (child) who does not work there when you submit a note for taking leave to take them to their dr. Was told to sign a medical release form so the pediatrician would put diagnosis on note. Told he gets notes all the time with that information. Refused to sign the release form and was only excused for half a day even though the physician said my child needed to be home a couple days.
