She was very conscientious and showed her caring attitude to me even with phone appointment or clinic visit. She was very thorough and respected the plan I had in mind regarding my plan of care and was prompt in referring me to a specialist. One more , she responds to my messages promptly. I am thoroughly impressed with this provider; she invests time in listening and provides close follow-up in treatment. My experiences with providers outside Kaiser have never been this exceptional.

Doesn’t listen to young adults
Telehealth
Brushed off my concerns, said that I could not get a referral due to nothing being wrong but prescribed me a medication for my concerns. Canceled a necessary medication refill without consulting me on it. Never really listed to my concerns about my chronic illness and I ended up in the ER.

Think she is an excellent doctor. She is very through, follows up and contacts you if more info is needed. Very happy with her best doctor I have had since being a member.
