Staff is awful.
I have been seeing Dr Henderson for many years. We even declined a relocation based on the fact that we finally found a doctor that listened and wanted to help. Since his relocation, most of his original staff have left and the new staff is disrespectful and treat you as though you should kiss the ring to be able to speak with your physician. Messages don’t get to the physician, refills are ignored until you have to physically go to the office to get them to send them in. Enough is enough.

Excellent physician! He took the time to listen to all my concerns and needs without a hint of condescension or “talking down” to me. His knowledge and attention are very thorough, and I didn’t doubt any of his advice nor suggestions. It took a little while to get in to see him because he only sees a couple of new patients each week. That just shows dedication to his current patients and their health needs. I found my guy—even though he’s over an hour drive away from Edisto!

I’ve been with Dr Henderson for 5 years. I followed him to his new location. Even though it doubles my drive each way. It’s well worth it. He takes his time with each person, and has a genuine concern and wants to help. When you find a Dr as good as him, you do what you have to to keep them. Even if he was to move another 50 miles away.

Love him! Extremely competent, takes his time with every patient and doesn't talk down to you. Relatively easy to get in to see him right away.
