I have been to Dr. Brody twice for saline injection of superficial leg veins, an elective procedure for cosmetic reasons. There was an 11-year span between visits and I returned when more veins were showing, to have the same procedure done. Dr. Brody explained everything to me. I’m a nurse. The injections sting a bit and she covers each one with a cotton ball taped snugly over the site. When finished, I had to walk for a while (I think it was 20-30 minutes) and I walked around the little pond in front of Arnold Palmer Hospital. I was very satisfied with the results because the veins were no longer visible. I will recommend her to my 35-year-old daughter who has just a few visible leg veins.
