I had an appointment with this doctor, really looking forward to this consult to assist me better with conceiving in the future. This doctor talked at me, threw papers across the desk and inquired details when asking me about a childhood experience. What forced me to leave is being told to change into a gown and this doctor leaving me there for an extended period to consult with another patient in her office. Now, I am undecided about Jefferson OB/GYN altogether.

Dr. Batzer is difficult to communicate with and she is cavalier in her treatment process. I became pregnant with septuplets under her care. She spoke of selective reduction as if it was an every day procedure. I ended up with a severe uterine infection and lost the entire pregnancy in the second trimester. I truly feel that I was just a statistic to her.

She is cold, elitist and indifferent. She asks personal questions about your body which have nothing to do with the evaluation. She is not a good communicator. She is very superior and lectures you rather than an actual back and forth conversation. She has this superior idea of herself when she says I am not just a gynocologist but also a endochrine gynecologist. Do not go to her. She will also get you in the exam room just to do the most minor unecessary thing so she can bill for the service.
