Dr. Francis Glaser, MD

Dr.Glaser was rushed thru the whole time at the appointment,he talked so fast, i had to ask twice to understand the medical terms he was explaining to me,he may very well be the best of the best on this medical field,but he does not seem as attent or interested on my injury as he makes it sound on his flyer he sends out with the welcome package.i left the office with unanswered questions and as an unsatissfied patient because he was rushing out thru the door,but since there is no follow up appointment and will never see me again i guess he does not care anymore. KUDOS for the staff,the ladies at the front desk are very nice,polite,and helpful.

Dr. Glaser is a highly reputable foot and ankle surgeon that I recommend to anyone that needs a solution to their foot and ankle needs!! He is professional, caring and friendly!! I wouldn’t go to anyone else!! My feet and ankles haven’t had a problem since!! I was able to go back to my usual exercising and walking soon after my procedures.

He was not very interested in explaining why I had an issue. Very dismissive. I think he wait time and office manners are below standards.

If I took my car to a shop and it was returned with a wheel at a crazy angle I wouldn't recommend that shop to anyone else. After Dr. Glaser's surgery my foot was turned out to the side and the outside edge of my foot was now the bottom of my foot. When I asked him why he hadn't made it straight he said,"That's just the way it healed". I'm now seeing another doctor about maybe getting this foot straightened out and back to flat on the floor. Certainly not letting Dr. Glaser have another go at it. Now the new doctor tells me the hardware in my foot is broken thus I can't get an ankle joint replacement . Dr. Glaser didn't share the fact that his hardware broke. I wonder why not?

Doctor Glaser was very thorough and professional in explaining the foot reconstructive surgery I had recently. I am very pleased with the results of my surgery and all of the staff.
