Dr. Kaveggia spent time explaining how he would perform the surgery, provided a booklet with instructions and photos. He also spent time showing the x-rays and pointing out the different sections and the area of the upcoming procedure. I felt confident about the procedure and the promising outcome. Also, I understand why locums are hired. Yet, for serious issues I prefer a Mercy Health physician that I can refer to if a complication arises.
