Dr. Francis Nwafor, MD

Since I was asked to review this place, I will. I show up to my appointment 15 min early. I would get seen 45 to 1hr later. So, on my last appoinment, I showed up 30 min earlier. It was at 3pm. The doctor was at the room at 345pm. He is always late. I was asleep and snoring waiting for him. I hat waiting. Service is not bad but I suggest you go somewehere else if you don't have 45-1hr to wait for the late doctor to show up.

Had a procedure scheduled this morning and Dr. Nwafor did not show. Scheduled months ago. Waited for 2 hours in pre op with an IV hooked up along with nurses and the anesthesiologist. Proceudre scheduled at 6am a nurse called him at 8am and he stated he knew nothing about it yet the hospital had me scheduled. I conformed with them twice about my procedure previously. No one from Dr. Nwafor's office has yet to call or apologize. I took vacation days and he has wasted my time with no apology. Very unorganized. Would never recommend. I was outsourced to him by the VA. I will also let them know they should review him being on their list.

Vitals were posted to my online chart that were never taken. The staff was in a hurry to go to lunch so I was rushed through a very painful procedure. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere where you will be treated like a HUMAN BEING!

I started seeing Dr. Nwafor when he was in Mexia. He as always been very professional , friendly and over all a nice guy. He has been my Urologist since 2002 and i have never had a problem with him or is staff. Yes sometime the wait is a little longer then what I like but what doctors office isn't. I would highly recommend him to anyone for treatment.

This man is in it for the money. Be very careful about seeing him. Always get a second opinion when dealing with him. Hopefully you'll read this and reconsider even going to him.

I have been treated by Dr. Nwafor for over 4 year. He is a great doctor I would recommend him to anyone.

I had an appointment to see Dr. Nwafor at the office in Desoto.. It was very dirty and the front desk lady was a little stand offish. I waited for over 30 min before the front office lady called me to the front to look over my paper work which had over 10 forms for just payment acknowledgments. I had a bad feeling about the place and without seeing the DR. I left. Not a good first impression.

Terrible. disrespectful, uncaring....an hour and 1/2 wait for visit. do you have anymore questions? was really just telling you to shut up that your visit was over. Did not look at medical records we brought. SAID he looked at the CT and MRI results but said they were normal when it clearly stated abnormal. He cam into room thinking the patient was male when it was female. so, did he really read findings? didn't explain bladderscan and didn't even plug machine in! this is how he treats VETs
