Dr. Francis Petitto, MD

Dr. Petitto performed my mastectomy. During my first visit he reviewed all options and was with me answering questions for an hour and forty five minutes. I never once felt rushed. On subsequent visits his demeanor was the same. I found him to be very down to earth. The surgery went great. The morning of the surgery, everyone I came in contact with told me I could not be in better hands. After the fourth person I began to wonder if it was a spiel. I am happy to say it was not! If ever I need another surgery I definitely would call on Dr. Petitto.

What an amazing doc!! I’ve had a few surgeries over the years but none have ever been as seamless, timely, professional, and ensured all the “I’s” were dotted and the “t’s” were crossed! He was down to earth, listened, spent time with me going over all the options, treated me with respect (never spoke above as some surgeons/docs have in the past), answered all my questions and performed my surgery resulting in the best possible outcome. I cannot express how grateful I am to have been referred to him. His bedside manner is incredible and his skill as a surgeon speaks for itself. Every person on or working adjacent to his team was impressive by any standards. He possesses skills that are almost magical!! Thank you, doc! You’re an absolute game changer! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him if you’re looking for a surgeon.

I highly recommend Dr. Francis Petitto. He did my colon surgery in 2014 and then my reversal in 2015. In 2017 he removed my gallbladder. Has great bed side manners and listens to you as a patient. Also he did my husbands hernia repair surgery. If you need a surgeon he’s definitely top notch.

I had to have a sigmoidectomy and was scared out of my mind. Dr Pettito helped relieve my fears. I had 2 consultation appointments and finally scheduled my procedure. I 100% believe he saved my life! He kept me informed every step of the way before and after surgery. He visited my hospital room every day of my week long stay. He is so kind and calming. I have never before experienced such expert and compassionate care.

This guy is amazing. My wife had an issue that had been plaguing her for about a year and a half. After seeing several doctors and not having any luck, it was Dr. Petitto that finally was able to rectify the problem. He's patient, he listens, talks to his patients and their family. Really digs into what's going on and tries to find a real solution, not just treat and release (which we ran into so many times before). We would recommend him to anyone, and will definitely go to him again if need be. Excellent all around surgeon.

Did 3 surgeries on me and they were 100 % perfect. Surgery on blocked colon caused by radiation from cancer TX. Had an illiostomy and then a reversal. 100 %
