Dr. Francis Tomasik, MD

Dr. Tomasik is forward. He cuts to the chase. He will quote AAP recommendations. You don’t always want to hear it. I could barely stand him. Kept going because he was the best. First baby was a macro despite no gestational diabetes and a vertical incision for caesarean space. Had suspected ectopic with next. Confined to hospital bed knowing I was losing my baby Dr Tomasik visited me late at night or early AM each night. It was 6 months later he was the one with tears in his eyes seeing a heartbeat on Ultrasound. Halloween baby was born. Caesarean two had the cord around his neck multiple times. Took 27 minute to carefully cut through scar tissue. While baby was being pulled out swallowed amniotic fluid. Thankfully doc had a neonatologist there who whisked baby to PICU. Baby 3 a rough hi risk. First premature labor they stopped. Monthly ultrasounds due to a viral exposure. On his day off he helped cut scar tissue with other surgeon to deliver a transverse healthy baby

Dr. Tomasik is a fabulous doctor. He is very straightforward, so if you need your ego stroked, he may not be the guy for you. However, he knows medicine amazingly well. When the ER told me I lost my twins and gave me methergine to expel them, it was Dr. Tomasik who got me through the next several months of a difficult pregnancy. He went to bat for me (without me asking) with the ER doctor who misdiagnosed me. He fought for me. He takes his patients very seriously, and I am forever grateful to him for successfully getting me through that and my next pregnancy too. The man is so very smart and is truly gifted.

Dr Tomasik was amazing with both my of pregnancies/deliveries. They walked me through everything and he had the best bedside manor. I was skeptical of going to him because I didn't know anyone who had him when I started seeing him. Any doubts or concerns went away shortly after meeting him. Recommend him to anyone. Thanks again Dr Tomasik and staff!

He is a great doctor and his staff is really friendly.

I have been a patient of Dr.Tomasik's for 19 years now and I LOVE him!! Yes, he can be straight forward, especially about weight issues (yes, I am fat), but the truth hurts, I know that what I put into my mouth causes me to gain weight. Other than that, I have been thrilled with all my years of care with him. He is very knowledgeable & seems to care about me as a patient. Tired of hearing rumors that he is retired or other vicious rumors. Dr. Tomasik is well & has no plans of retiring.

Dr. Tomasik is such an amazing doctor who has a good bedside manner, and actually goes above and beyond for each and every one of his patients. I have many family members and friends who go to Dr.Tomasik and have nothing but good things to say. Staff is always wonderful also!
