Very thorough and explained procedure.

The staff was great and Dr Valentin was very pleasant—explained everything and answered my questions and told me to call with any concerns. Unfortunately the treatments he was able to offer didn’t help after 2 different attempts. He referred me to a surgeon, so I’m putting my hope into the upcoming surgery to resolve the problem at his recommendation.

Dr. Valentin, was very professional, but friendly.He took the time to explain. Had a great staff working with him.

I have been treated for 3 months by this Dr. I have severe pain from a pinched nerve from a cyst on my lumbar spine. He has been unable to provide medication for me. So I’ve gone without any. For 3 months I ve been disabled by the pain. I’ve left numerous messages and visits without any help. I am very dissatisfied and will not return to him

It was all done in a very timely manner from the appt date to the visit. In and out without spending hours there. He is very professional and went over my issues from mri- arthritis in my lower lumbar and facet joint- and gave me my options. I was referred to him from Dr Charles Miller Mercy Orthopedics. I am seriously considering the shot as I hate pain meds any stronger than nsaids. He will be my go to as my condition will only get worse as I age.

He ask questions. To see what is wrong. Order X-rays and checked them . During visit.

Doctor Valentin answered all my questions in the vernacular, not “medspeak”. He also was honest about the success rate of my future procedure - 50%. After exhausting all treatments for neck pain in the past two years, I’ll take 50%. I appreciated his honesty and kindness.

Professional expertise pleasant

Dr Valentin takes all the time he needs to help you. Very thorough every time I see him. Never have I had to wait in the waiting room but for a few minutes.

Excellent experience, first timer here, very informative information, he answered all my concerns about my injury. Also added if I had any more concerns, don’t hesitate to contact him.

On my 2nd visit he told me there was nothing else he could do and told me to just lose weight and suggested I try a GLP-1 which would do me more harm than being “overweight”. I was hysterically crying at this point and all of my hope was gone. He stood up and said you can leave whenever and walked out. I was crying so hard I know they could hear me through the door and yet no one did anything. They let me walk out of there crying so hard I couldn’t breath. I have been in recovery for a severe eating disorder for a couple years. I was starving myself to the point of passing out. I am finally healing from that. But yesterday sent me back 100 steps. So my options are, go back to the ED or live with this pain. He should be ashamed of the way he treated me and dismissed me. Sitting there watching me cry and beg for help and he did nothing. I hope he understands the gravity of what he put me through. I hope he understands the immense damage he caused. & how long it will take to repair it.

Excellent. He updated my records, gave me my options and let me choose to take the least aggressive route first.

I have been in pain for months on end doing everything I was supposed to do without getting any treatment at all. Finally I was referred to Dr. Valentin who immediately set things in motion to get me relief. Within a day, his team had me approved for a procedure that I had previously been denied for. I have seen Dr. Valentin twice now and can say that he has great bedside manner. He has a kind and gentle way about him that instills hope and that is much needed when you are hurting. I’m grateful to have been put in contact with him and I haven’t even had the procedure yet. I feel like I’m in good hands.

DR.Valentin is very thorough and explained to me what needed to be done and the steps we would take to fix what needs fixed. I seen his PA. also I can't remember her name she explained to me what they seen on the X-ray she is very nice and she is also thorough.

I have seen Dr. Valentin a couple of times. He and his staff were so kind and compassionate. I highly recommend them.
