Amazing doctor!! My husband had stroke June of 2016 and having to deal with a horrendous doctor that was assigned to us in Danville, VA, we finally switched to Dr. Walsh. For the first time since my husband's stroke he received the appropriate care. Dr. Walsh listened carefully to our questions and concerns and didn't rush us at all. For the first time since my husband's stroke we were told about what his stroke did to him. He is being proactive in my husband's care. Well worth the hour drive.

When I first gave Dr. Walsh my history and told him specifically when my symptoms started, I asked him if a drug someone used on me might be causing my issues. He flat said no. Every test you could imagine later, he said he didn't know what else he could do. He gave me meds for sleep and it helped a lot of my symptoms. I had a Psychiatrist tell me it was from being drugged and has been treating me along with my New neurologist. He also took forever sending paperwork to my work

Dr. Walsh has EXCELLENT bedside manner! A knowledge of how your other medications will interact with what he's thinking of putting you on. He has a profound knowledge of things that he doesn't specialize in. He made a suggestion for a certain medication and my other doctor said that would be a GREAT idea!!! Amazing doctor, no...care-giver... You have my upmost respect, Dr. Walsh. You became a doctor for all the right reasons and you've never lost sight of that. ???

I have been a patient of his for over 15 years now. He has taken whatever time was needed to help me with many neurological problems. His advice on my health problems has always been spot on even when it was not his "area of expertise" and "the specialist" I had been seeing was not helpful. The wait time is very reasonable compared to most doctors offices. His office staff are very busy but they still take time to be helpful and courteous. I highly recommend Dr. Walsh

He is the only Dr out of all the ones I have went too over years of fing out who can help me prevent my seizure disorder. He is the only Dr that has done everything he could to help me. The meds he has put me on. Has prevented me from having seizures. But I have had mybe one or 2 since takin the medication he had prescribed to me.
