Great doctor
Dr. Calica has great bedside manners he always takes his time to understand or respond to my healthcare needs. These days we want responses quickly however, if you login to the patient portal you can get access quickly. I did not take advantage and was frustrated. Overall the years this doctor has seen my whole family and has always done a great job.

Worse staff ever!
If you like a 3 hour wait go right ahead. The staff is uncaring and rude. You won’t see the doctor you will see the PA. They get mad if you request the doctor just one time.

You know I kinda felt the same way at first until I got to know him.It takes so long because he So thorough wants to know why something is happening to you.And for his staff nothing but friendly toward me.A lot of people must like him the waiting room always packed

Go elsewhere. Calica and his staff are the most unprofessional bunch of people ever. Calica doesn't call in prescriptions for days. Doesn't call in referrals. Don't waste your time or health on these people. Drive to Kennedy if you have to. It will be quicker.

It is ridiculous to spend 2 hours in the waiting room and an hour in the patient room for blood test results. The dr should read the results and the staff should call the patient informing them if there were any abnormalities. If not, if a routine medication is required, it should be called in. Patients have better things to do than sit in a waiting room full of sick people!

This clinic is an absolute joke. You are never seen until three hours after your appointment time. It takes the office days to get an authorization for prescriptions and they are always rude when you call.
