Telehealth
I've never seen the doctor, but I have dealt with his staff. They are polite, nice, and efficient except for the tall blonde that gives injections. I've had allergy injections for decades, and I have never dealt with someone like her. I've never done anything to her, but she goes out of her way to inflict pain by jamming the needle straight in, and it's intentional. No one else does this, just her. I have told her repeatedly that she is hurting me, and I get a smug look. I'm looking for another facility.

Probably the worst doctor's appointment that I've had. Had an environmental allergy test done for bad rash on hands. Back completely lit up; turns out I'm allergic to everything. Was prescribed a steroid to reduce inflammation in my hands and referred elsewhere. I was also worried about my chronic nasal congestion, but he did not seem to care. Overall, spoke to me for less than 5 minutes after I waited for an hour.

Nice people but that's it. I do not recommend. If you really want to be treated, don't go to them.

After 9 months of weekly injections for multiple allergies, I was still taking Zyrtec twice a day. I get to ragweed season and I'm miserable. Questioning why I was reacting so poorly, considering the time I have been getting weekly injections, I was told I wasn't being treated for "weeds". I decided to go to another doctor in town to be retested. I definately had a high reaction to "weeds", along with several other catagories. I am now going elsewhere and am very satisfied.
