Dr. Flores is very proactive with my daughter's care,He is very friendly & is not condescending. He encourages questions, & is realistic and up front about the timeline for future procedures & surgeries needed. He engages me in both general topics of conversation & topics relating to the care of my daughter, who has complex medical needs. He seeks my participation in her care. She's been his patient for more than 10 years, and we see him every 3-6 months.
