Office Staff Need New Training
I never even had appointment, My mom was referred to them and after a week I called to see what the issue was the lady on the phone was so rude and pretty much said they didn't have appointment until August for a patient who was in the hospital for a month and need to see a pulmonary Doctor. She didn't seem to care that is where they referred us to because they are in there network since the doctors office is TMC One. This Doctor needs new staff and just good people.

I was very satisfied with Dr. Pacheco and his Nurse Pract. I've seen both and they spent sufficient time going over my problem and plan of action. Both are very professional and excellent physician. However, I am very dissatisfied with office staff and nursing assistant who seemed disorganized and unprofessional. Nursing assistant doesn't return calls so don't leave messages if you want an answer.

Dr. Pacheco is a very caring and attentive doctor. He has a great bedside manner as well as being extremely knowledgeable. He continues to monitor a condition that I have with concern, explaining the next steps that are easily understood.
