Dr Quinones is the uncaring Dr I’ve ever know a started seeing him July of 2021 to see if I could get off the O2 after a bout of Covid 19 he ordered a cat scan of my lungs and told me that is soon as he got the results we would have a A video chat to decide if I would do a sleep study at home or at the hospital that was in July 2021 I never got the results of that never heard from him again I had the results to the CAT scan on my way home for the luminary but you have to wait until the radiologist reads it I never heard from so fast forward 2022 may end up going to the ER at Slu because my heart rate and heart was beating so fast I was diagnosed with possible pulmonary hypertension so I called my primary and try to get another pulmonologist as I didn’t wanna go back to Dr. Q again so they gave me another pulmonologist they called me five days later and said I need to see my original pulmonologist because they don’t even have openings until September, so back to Dr Q I want to him June 2022 he ordered a pulmonary function test called echocardiogram and a sleep study, was able to get the echocardiogram and a sleep study in June but the sleep study had a waiting list I had to wait until July 21 I left Dr Q a message after I got the pulmonary function test and echocardiogram let him know that those two were done the results for NI was waiting to get a sleep study and what is My next step never heard anything from him fast forward to July 21, 2022 I went and got the equipment for the sleep study did it took it back that Friday message him Friday let him know the sleep study was done where do we go from here, never heard from him again I got a message from the sleep study people I thought it was from him and I called the office cause he said set up at six week of all of appointment the office said they didn’t call me they don’t know what I was talking about so that when I told him that I hadn’t heard anything from him on the test from 2021 or either test from 2022 they wasn’t in the office that day but would someone call me someone called a rattled off the results of the pulmonary function test and echocardiogram which I didn’t understand what she was saying she said so fast like I said I get to sleep study on 21 July today is September 23 I have not heard anything from Dr. Quinn again I don’t wanna hear anything from them I’m gonna call United Health Care to see if they can give me another pulmonologist because I refuse to go back to him when I read all the reviews and how great everyone says he is I have to kind of think maybe because I’m a black patient maybe he doesn’t like Black people he shouldn’t take Derek cases then thank you very much my name is Margaret Travis

Good Luck with the Staff
Problems with overcharging (paid more than my co-pay: ONLY doctor to ever do that), paid office visit for 5 minute consultation to tell me my test results were all good (should have been email), cannot get codes to submit to insurance prior to a visit, cannot set up appointments online and they don't call you to schedule them.

Office is very professional. Did not have a long wait to see the doctor. Easy to get a hold of someone in the office to speak to.

Not pleased with the way that my visit was taken care off, after leaving several messages regarding the test that he ordered and I take he or his assistance never call to discuss my test with me. I know that I am not his only patient but I would think that he would have taken the time to call to discuss my test.
