Find someone else.
Not great. Not even good. I've asked for refills and never gotten them. After a pretty bad diagnosis from a specialist, I asked him what I should do and he just stared at me and rushed me out of the room. Not looking to go back.

This is the worst medical office that you can ever imagine. Today, for the second time, they gave me an appointment at 1:30pm. I miss my work day... to go there and find in the door a note that said: Office is closed (lunch from 12:30pm to 2:30pm) As patients we deserve respect and professionalism from our health givers. They are not professional, they are not formal. They have zero customer service skills.

My experience as a patient of Dr. Rodriguez has been excellent. He is a very caring and competent doctor who actually takes the time to listen to his patients. His office staff are very pleasant, patient and extremely organized. I'm so glad I finally found a primary physician who really cares about my physical and mental well-being.
