Dr. Francoise Veneroni, MD

I was a new patient. I was advised that the office would call me with my pap results. I left a message 2 weeks later. No call. Called again 1 month after my appointment and was advised that I should only check My Chart and they claimed that they never received my first message. I asked the practice why a doctor would not call me to discuss. The practice said we do not do that. How ridiculous! You do not discuss anything with the patient. When did doctor's become so anti-discussion?

Rude and zero bedside manner. When I didn't agree with her she said it is "my license and my opinion" and that I could go find another doctor that can prescribe me anything I wanted as though she is the only good doctor that exists. She is the worst doctor I have ever visited and was late to my appointment and walked in on her phone on top of everything. Do not recommend and wish I had read these reviews before scheduling the appointment.

I had an extremely positive experience with Dr. Veneroni. She has excellent bed side manners and I trust her 100%. Her staff is also so helpful. Dr. Veneroni and her team truly care about their patients and go above and beyond to exceed expectations.

Dr. Veneroni was very professional and knowledgeable. I had a good visit at the office where I felt totally comfortable. Many thanks to Dr. Veneroni and the nurses who assisted her.

Absolutely terrible. She rushed me and never answered any of my questions. I waited over a month for this appointment and I’m furious.

I wasted my time to go out of my to see this gyn doc who I thought was good by the reviews on Cleveland Clinic. But now after going there and later finding other more accurate reviews on other sites like this one, I realize that you can't rely on the ratings you see their site. They only ask patients that they know will give them a good rating. Glad to know I am not the only one that felt this doctor was lacking bedside manners, judgmental, rude and as someone else mentioned she acted like she could care less about you. Very short with her answers to you. From her giving patients attitude, looking at her assistants like she wants to make a joke about you in a nasty way, and when you ask her questions she acts like you're wasting her time and slamming the door on her way out, she should retire! Let someone else who has time for new patients, and is more compassionate and caring take her place. Awful experience. Just a waste of time and money. No Thank You ever again!

She and her nurse are just very weird cold cut and dry, the Doctor couldnt care less for you

I will not be returning to see this doctor. I went in for a visit and felt she did not have bedside manners. She was very matter of fact and I felt rushed to make a decision. In this line of business I feel a doctor should be gentle and understanding however I felt she kept looking at her nurse expressing her disapproval of my decision not to quickly jump into getting cut.

It was my first visiting this doctor at the Cleveland Clinic a while ago. She's just flat out nasty and rude. That's the impression she gave me. I have not returned since. My health is important but that does not mean I have to stick with a doctor that I don't like. There's a million. Everyone else was courteous except for her. Due to the offices incompetence they scheduled the wrong doctor. I am really affected by that visit and hope that I do not encounter another situation like that ever.
