His ego mattered more than the care of my child.
I took my child in for high fever, pain and nausea. Dr. Flores seemed uninterested and seemed to have already made up his mind that what we and an urgent care doctor thought might be the problem was not correct. Dr. Flores exhibited apathy towards us and when the results came back that it was in fact what we thought it was all along, he acted annoyed, was red faced and spoke as quickly as possible. Overall he was unprofessional and has poor bedside manner. His ego seemed to matter more than my child’s care. We went to the ER genuinely needing help and he brushed us off with his attitude and arrogance.
