Was referred to him on 5 July 2023. For 6 weeks he drug his feet on doing any real surgery. I was really unhappy with his mannerism and lack of urgent care. He finally did a turp surgery on August 17 which gave me some relief. Had a 6 month follow up March 22 2024 and had a UTI. Was told I would hear something within 5 days. 1 month and 2 days later I was called asking if I still had a UTI. Of course, nothing has been done. Finally called in an antibiotic. Dr Casey called about 5:15 24 April 2024 and we had a talk. I expressed my displeasure with his services and he went on to explain how great he was and hung up on me. I have set up a new appointment with a Dr at Emory and will not be goig back to Casey.

Genuine, fantastic bedside manner, skilled doctor
I was referred to Dr. Casey after an Piedmont ER visit CT scan revealed a 3.5cm mass in my left kidney. He explained to me how it was likely malignant, and all the awful things about my situation, with grace and dignity for me. I'm only 30 and it's rare at my age. I came into his office shaking in terror, and left smiling and relieved. He's truly a great doctor, I wish he was my Primary Care Physician!!! He did refer me to a surgeon in Atlanta to do the surgery, as my surgery was at risk of losing the whole kidney with basically any error. All went well, and I've been back to see Dr. Casey for my 6 month post-surgical scan, and he was no different. Again, if I could see him as my primary doctor, there's no doubt that I would.

Dr. Casey did surgery to remove 3 kidney stones—a process that required 2 procedures. He was respectful and warm. Addressed all concerns well. Generally a positive experience.

Was 62 years old when my PSA results showed a elevated score of 3.8. My doctor referred me to a urologist since my annual physicals over the past few years showed a upward PSA trend. Found Doctor Casey after researching urologists in the area. A biopsy revealed 3 of 12 prostate cores revealed cancer. I elected Da Vinci Prostatectomy by Dr. Casey. The surgery was successful with no side effects. I'm at full function and do not regret prostate removal. Doctor Casey is exceptional.
