Dr. Christensen may be great... since I never actually got to see him, I don’t know. Had an appointment scheduled six weeks out for 12 PM. I arrived at 11:50 and sat in the waiting room. After half an hour no one had ever appeared to even check me in. I was told the staff was at lunch and would be back in 20 to 30 minutes. Finally the office manager arrived to talk to me but made it clear I would still be waiting a while. When I asked if I could be rescheduled since I did not have time to wait, I was told it would be another six weeks before they could get me in. I understand that doctors get off schedule and that sometimes there is a wait, but not even being checked in half an hour past my appointment time is unacceptable. No thanks. I will ask my doctor for another recommendation.

30 years ago, I developed ptosis (drooping) in both eyelids, sufficient enough to cause vision impairment. I also had puffy fat pads under both eyes, a condition that runs in my family. These conditions made me look about 20 years older than my age of 35. The results after Dr. Christensen's repair were dramatic. I looked better than I had looked when I was 20! Now that I am 67, the conditions are returning, but it is amazing that his surgery lasted for over 30 years. I loved my experience with D

I would like to express my delight with recent surgery Dr. Frank Christenson preformed on me in December, 2017. I had previously had a face lift and brow lift fifteen years back and had uneven brows and other concern. He did not hesitate to talk out my issues, and was one of few doctors willing to do a second procedure even though the risks of having a good outcome were challenging, and scare tissue was present. Now, seven months later, the healing is complete and my face looks great.

I’m very satisfied with the entire experience. Dr. Christensen and his entire staff were very informative and took their time to fully explain the procedure. The results are better than I had hoped for and I’m now more confident and no longer hide behind glasses. I highly recommend him.

I am very happy with Dr. Christensen! He explained exactly what needed to be done to fix my Jone's Tube situation. He was very thorough in evaluating during surgery what he couldn't see in the office and explained in detail after the procedure about removing old scar tissue to make the tube fit properly. Dr. Christensen took the time to really listen to me about my eye tube issues and explained in detail the options available to me. He is a very personable, caring and experienced doctor.
