My review is of the Dr.’s staff. Today, I called to schedule a followup appt after seeing my primary doctor, a medimerge doctor twice over the holiday week, and a trip to the ER for a persistent cough and difficult breathing. The staff that eventually returned my call was beyond rude, short, and remarkably unconcerned for 1 of their already established patients. Today is 12/10/19, I have struggled with whatever is going on for a month. After my trip to the ER, I was trying to follow up with the appropriate physician. However the staff advised me that the first available appointment for a follow up matter would be 2/4/2020. I asked is that correct for an established patient that had been through the gamut of doctors and ER already? She very a matter of factly said, “Yes, 2/4 is the next appointment!” Wow, That seems a unreasonable.When pushed further she could accommodate me with a 12/31 date but only if I drive to Lakewood to see a doctor I have never seen before.Totally unacceptable

I was very satisfied. The doctor listened to me and answered my questions. He did not rush me out of the office.
