Dr. Frishkey, Is good at what he does. I can attest to his expertise. I had seen Dr Frhisky before and had no problems with money, receipts, or insurance.The last time I visited him. He had new staff. I was accused by a friend who had to drive me. The young lady at the front desk called me up to pay & stated that the doctor was ready for me. I handed her nine $100 bills because she said the doctor did not accept my Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance. She hurriedly rush me to the back. When I inquired about my receipt for paying with cash. She promised she would give it to my friend She never did. I called for it, she said she would mail it to me. She never didThe next year I got an explanation of benefits from Blue Cross Blue Shield stating they paid $1347. When it was represented to me that he didn’t even accept Blue Shield. So for all intents & purposes, he netted $2347 for a $900 procedure. Toa add insult to injury.$347 was sent to the Credit Bureaus as collection item.

Dr. Frishkey is the best my dad went to him years ago and when my wisdom teeth started coming in that's where I went he's amazing before my procedure we talked about Mickey Mouse and made me feel super comfortable thank you so much!! Kenna

I was referred to Dr. Frishkey for a cracked molar with a cavity. The initial consult went well. The staff were very friendly and the office was nice. Dr. Frishkey’s bed side manner was professional. His plan for surgery was straight forward. Before leaving, his staff provided a breakdown of my bill and instructions for surgery. On the day of surgery, everything went as planned. I experienced little to no pain or swelling. I plan to see him again for further dental surgery and maybe implants. Many thanks to Dr. Frishkey and his awesome team!

On 8/9/2019, Laura from Dr. Frishkey's office called me at approximately 1:15PM. She has called me about 3 weeks ago to discuss the remaining balance that my insurance did not pay for my son's wisdom teeth service done by Dr. Frishkey. Laura told me that she would contact the insurance company and get back with me. She called me today (8/9/2019) stating that the insurance company would not pay since my son has maxed out on his account. I told her that she could send me the bill and then I will do what I can to pay in installments. She refused to work with me and said that she was going to send the remaining balance into a credit agency. I asked that she would email me concerning this matter, as I will need what she told me in writing. I know my rights and this is bullying. It is no way to treat a patient who is willing to pay a bill. I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau concerning this matter.

I have some dental work being done and I have to say Dr Frishkey has done a tremendous job with what he was dealt with. The staff is incredible. They are sweet, kind and all around caring!! I have become hey close to them!!!

Went here for an extraction. I was very nervous, but I have to say my experience was really good. I would recommend this office to anyone. Everyone in the office was very nice and professional.

The women in the office are inept. I was told I was “good to go,” but it was not mentioned that meant my insurance was out of network and they would billing ME.

Connie blatantly lied. I req. to be in room while son was put to sleep and before he woke. Connie said it wasnt an option. I expressed my doubt in moving forward unless I could be present for these few minutes. She asked when our appt is, I said tom. at 8. Appt. time/date is totally irrelevant? Suddenly she changed said I could be in the room. She LIED assum. she didn't want to lose over 2k dollars. Proced. day I was escorted out of room and was not able to be there for sedation or wake up.

Excellent oral surgeon. I have a history of bad experiences with dental care but was very pleased with Dr. Frishkey and his staff.

The dental team is courteous and knowledgeable. Dr Frishkey has been my oral surgeon of choice for about two decades. I have recommended him to many people and will continue to do so.
