He was extremly nice and helpful. I work in health care and I knew of his good reputation before I went.

I went to him to get an ingrown toenail treated. After waiting almost an hour for him to come in the room he was able to remove it. He rushed through the procedure and didn’t answer my questions or explain what he was doing. He didn’t wait until my toe was fully numbed. He just kept going and rushing through the procedure. I had blisters form around the wound for the toenail removal. I called to talk to the staff and they were rude about it and asked me what I wanted them to do about it? What kind of response is that? You don’t answer the question and offer. I explanation or solution to the problem. I went back in a few months after the procedure because the same toe was still infected. I didn’t feel like he listened to my concerns and he never answered my questions.

Needs more money
I was seen several years ago. All I needed was a correct shoe insert. Great, I thought. Went there today, 5/26/22, for a new pair of inserts. NOPE. I had to be seen by him to get a new pair. Why? He must need something expensive to require another Dr visit for new inserts. A new insert is now $80 and a $500 visit. SMH

Dr. Galbraith has been my podiatrist for 20+ years. He's known exactly how to help when I have a problem w/ my feet or walking. After a severe leg injury, no one addressed the problems w/ my foot. He found & treated an injury no one had seen. To be able to walk well again, I needed special care I couldn't afford. He worked w/ me & had orthotics made, even getting me into their program so I received them w/o cost because I couldn't afford them. These helped me balance so I could walk well again!
