Our family adores North Woods family Medicine. We have trusted them with our lives! As of today though, there seems to be new people running the front of the house. Tried to get my husband who has cancer and appointment because he is coughing hard. I tried to tell this person that he has had ALL his Covid shots "duh" they gave them to us, and we had our flu shots last Friday. She went off on me because of HIPPA she cant talk to me, IT TURNED INTO A JOKE.. Hippa does not say I can't make an appointment. This person could not take 2 minutes to listen to what i was saying, If these are the people we have to deal with to see our beloved Doctors, People we have been seeing for YEARS, it has become too impersonal of a Doctors office for older people like us.. We are HEART BROKEN!!
