Great Dr dealing with suffering patients
Dr King tries his hardest to deal w your pain. He is fantastic. I have been his patient for more than 11 years. He is so kind, I can’t imagine how hard it is to deal w people in pain everyday. Plus the stress of insurance companies not paying the Doctors what they are worth. So don’t blame his office staff blame our system. Add to that the CDC and medical system telling the Doctors what they can and cannot prescribe for their patients. Medications that work, but you can’t have them anymore because of drug addicts misusing them. Pain Management patients shouldn’t be punished, our doctors should be able to prescribe what works for the individual. Dr King is a Ten!!!

DR. KING IS AWESOME, but staff support is terrible
They want you to make an appointment every month in order to get a refill of your meds. I totally understand that. The problem is if you leave a voicemail requesting an appointment, the call is rarely returned.I requested an appt for a procedure and my call was NEVER returned.Pain is hard enough to deal with but having to chase down someone in this office who actually cares, good luck.

Office staff is unacceptable!
I have been going to Dr. King for years. In the last five years he cannot manage to get the office staff acceptable for a medical office or any other service. Receptionist are rude, and antagonistic, unhelpful, don’t listen to what you’re asking, and they don’t care! It’s really sad to see a decline, in-service that’s been lasting for such a long period of time. Dr. King is a good doctor. But, I think he is too nice to get his staff in order! Medical staff needs to be compassionate, good listeners, helpful, And do their job. I have never been upset more times at any other place then after talking to Office staff at Dr. King’s office. They make you feel worthless, and your illness already makes you feel that way!! You don’t need the rude and degrading Smart talk, and the “no, no”no” responses. Several times after talking to the certain staff over the phone, I get so depressed I want to die. This is how terrible it is!

Absolutely inexcusable office admin
Where to start. My 92 year old mother was referred to this office. Communication has been a nightmare. From the idiotic desk clerk who misinformed her to “stop taking all her meds” 3 day before a non surgical procedure, handing her the wrong form, which could have been deadly had she followed that advice, to the multiple cancelled appointments to the lack of follow up once she finally had her procedure. Her follow up appointment was cancelled and it’s been almost two months! She in agony, calling daily and has yet to hear back from the Dr. My Dr siblings can’t even reach him for comment. In her whole long life, this is the worst medical experience my mom has had. I don’t think Dr King cares. His office is so overbooked that he’s not interested in following up. Just bill em and move on. If you’re looking for a jiffy lube like experience, call them and see if you can get thru. We will be moving on before mom loses her mobility entirely.

Dr King pain specialist best there is.
The best pain specialist there is. Attentive definitely cares for his patients. Does everything he can to address your pain issues. I have been his patient for at least 12 years and see him every four to six weeks. If you are looking for a pain specialist look no further.

Please don’t go!!!!
Please don’t go to Dr. Frank King. I was referred to him by another dr. I have had 5 surgeries on knee, 2 being total knee replacement. The doctors have no idea what is wrong. So I went to see Dr. King for a knee ablation because pain is so bad that I have considered taking my life and I had told him that. So he scheduled a surgery for me except no one called the insurance company and no one from the surgery center have called. Then he rescheduled it again 2 more time and same thing. I called the office no joke 200+ times and no one would answer the phone. I called the scheduler and left a ton of message and no one would call back. All of the message boxes were full and you couldn’t leave a message. I had to drive to the office because I was desperate for help even being in unbelievable pain. I was crying to the receptionist begging for help. A lot of his patience were driving there for the same reason because they wouldn’t answer there phones. Dr. Frank King had the audacity to compar

I became a new patient to Dr. King since spring of 2020. Upon meeting Dr. King and his team have been extremely compassionate. I still continue to receive superb medical treatment and ample time with Dr. King, his medical care, bedside manner, and genuine compassion in regards to my quality of my life have remained beyond expectations. Dr. King, Claire, Daisy, Elaine, Molly, Heather, and the remainder of his team have been extremely helpful, heartfelt and compassionate, while also exhibiting extreme professionalism and outstanding bedside manner. Dr. King has never given up on me and treating my health conditions. This truly has meant a lot to both my husband and I as Dr. King has never given up on helping me despite ongoing health conditions and continues to help improve my quality of life. Dr. King and his team have been a rarity in the medical field as they genuinely care for their patients. I will forever be grateful!

I have seen a lot of pain Dr.’s and Dr King was the first one I felt really listened to me, he wasn’t quick to dismiss my pain or say it couldn’t possibly be that bad when I explained(aka jcried lol) my situation and my symptoms like a lot had. His office is very friendly with calls and have helped refills be easy and appointments made too. I feel really happy I found Dr. King, he is a caring Dr. who listens and had treatments ideas asap. It’s nice to know there are great Doctors like him out there.

I was referred to Dr King by another Dr., a spine specialist, for ongoing back and joint pain(chronic pain syndrome). I found Dr. King to be quite knowledgeable in his field of expertise. He took the time to examine any and all MRI’s and X-rays that I had sent over in advance. As well, he did a thorough verbal interview with me to include all of my symptoms, went over my other health issues, and did a thorough physical examination. We agreed on a treatment plan, I am impressed. Michael O

Dr. King has been my dr. for over 5 years trying to cure years of back pain without hacing major surgery. I have a spinal cord stimulator, it helps a lot, and when I can't take the pain he works with me to make me as comfotable as possible. He's very patient, a great listener, and overall a great doctor.

I've been seeing Dr King for about two years as he was referred to me by my back surgeon. Having had two back operations I'm now at the point (after multiple outside opinions) where any further operations would be too risky, thus, Dr King has been my last resort and I can't thank him (and his staff) enough for the outstanding care they've given me. My 24/7 pain has been relatively controlled with Dr King showing a very high degree of compassion and understanding, Thank you,Dr King!

Ive been a patient of Dr King's for over two years and am very pleased with his care. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and very easy to speak with concerning issues that need addressed. I've had several treatments and for the most part they were effective. Ive absolutely no complaints. The staff is friendly and helpful which is the main reason I left my last doctor. (Dr C Holden was a good doctor, but his staff treated my wife, and other patients as second class citizens) Highly Recommend
