The ENTIRE staff including Dr. Merrero were friendly, fun and uplifting! It was a pleasure and I left there enlightened that Doctors office CAN be a nice place to visit.....

My visit was with NP Mary mancuso Hearod. I was very pleased with her dedication to the field of medicine and her concern given to my issues following surgery in Lafayette. She, for the first time after my diagnosis and care, made me feel at ease and that someone was actually listening to and answering my concerns following surgery to remove a neuroendocrine tumor. She was patient, understanding, kind and very professional. I left with confidence in her and in the results of my visit. She is following up on my diagnosis, and future care/treatment if necessary. She is an asset to the office of Dr Marrero.

My husband was seen by Dr.Marrero today. Both him and his NP were very attentive, listened to understand exactly what my husband was explaining and also pointed out something my husband had forgotten to tell them. He did not try to guess a prognosis or let us try this or that. He told us let me get your records and do some test and then you can come in and we'll discuss. More than satisfied . Would recommend. Bedside manner 100 percent awesome.

Dr. Marrero and his office staff are very friendly and professional. He listened attentively as I told him about my symptoms. He quickly acknowledged what he thought it was and told me the treatment regimen he was going to use. My medication was called in to my pharmacy and was ready before I even got there. His nurse, Russiel, was so accommodating and caring also. She called me to see how treatment was going and told me to call her if there was anything else I may need. Such a wonderful medical team! I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Dr. Marrero is very thorough, takes time to explain your situation, and considerate to his patients. His staff is fantastic!

Impersonal and egotistical. Didn't spend any time answering questions or even acting like he was interested in helping resolve my issues. They filed my proceedure incorrectly after assuring me it would be filed as routine, they filed it as diagnostic and now I'm paying BIG time. I tried to call and kept getting no help at all. Very unprofessional. I've seen a lot of doctors and he's definitely on the WORST list.

He is an excellent Doctor very patient and understand. He is very easy to understand and he takes the time to make sure you understand everything you need to. He answers any questions you may have for him and for a procedure, he always makes sure to make you feel comfortable and explains everything he will be doing. Great good amazing Doctor!!! His staff is amazing as well they listen and they are very kind and professional.
