He did all his interships in the finest American Schools Of Medicine , but his greatest atribuye besides his extensive knowledge in Medicine is his kind heart and his moral ethical , putting The Lord JesusChrist , his Country America and his patients firt in his life ! Dr Rivas is one of the finest doctors I have ever known. He has been my moms doctor for probably 30 years and had my dad for many years before he passed away. He is very knowledgable and very caring about all his patients if it had not been for God giving him knowledge to care for my parents we wouldn't have had them for as long as we have. He never fails to give all the glory to God for his knowledge. He has been very important to my family. If you want a doctor who cares about you it is him.

I would highly recommend this doctor. He is very thorough and one of the few doctors that actually listen to your problems. He truly cares about his patients health. My mother has been coming to him for 15 years now and we wouldnt know what to do with out him!

After multiple stress tests I continued to have chest pains. I was referred to Dr. Rivas. He discovered that I had 80% blockage. I have been seeing Dr. Rivas for 16 years. I trust him with my life. I have referred him to several of my close friends. One of my greatest fears is finding a caring doctor like him when he finally retires, His love for his patients will prevent him from ever retiring. His patients are his life.

Well known for his love of God and America, devotion to patients, many years of training at Duke and other top universities, and long time recognition as being among the best specialists in cardiology and internal medicine, locally and nationally. We, his patients, recommend him to family and friends.He explains things to our level and takes the time to do it well. When we drop the ball of taking care of our health, he does not stop until we pick it up again. He truly care for all his patients.
