In January of 2021 my mother passed due to metastatic bladder cancer that had spread into her bones. I don't claim to be a doctor, nor do I know enough to claim that Frank Santoli could have lengthened my mothers life. But what I do know is my mother was not treated with care, she was lied to about where her cancer stood, the process to keep an eye on my mothers cancer was not followed as he "isn't a big fan of the scans" he goes of strictly cancer markers. I sat in front of this man with my dying mother to hear him say that he felt really good about where she was at and liked the progress she was making. Less then 2 weeks later she was gone. I hurt for my loss and i'm angry about how she was treated and lied to. I think the Knight Cancer Center is a good place but unfortunately they have a careless/lazy doctor working for them! I wouldn't let this guy treat my family moving forward, and I hope these words can prevent other people from trusting his word.

My mother, now dying of breast cancer was terribly under-served by Dr. Santoli. I'm not sure if the problem is serial incompetence, serial negligence, or both. What I believe is that this physician has been consistently out of touch with my mother's worsening condition. The man was still trying to tell us that she would benefit from chemo when she was in a hospital bed, literally starving to death from a tumor-blocked duadenum. If he had been willing to visit her, he might have known.
