Dr. Frank Szatkowski, MD

-50 Stars ! Although I was seen right away the Dr. was the most condescending, narcissistic, down right crude Doctor I have EVER seen! I was told to go to the ER by my Doctors nurse, this Dr. made me feel like I was a waste of his time, like I was 5 years old being punished. He was rude, didn't let me get a word in edge wise, actually had me in tears! It is Feb 6th and I have had several issues since Jan 2. Not only was I exhausted from next to no sleep this man , who has ZERO bedside manner, did absolutely nothing but belittle and argue with me. His name is Dr.Frank Szatkowski and I am warning everyone now.I will NEVER go to this ER again and I am not done. I am filing complaints on every level I possibly can.

Very rude, told me that it was for emergencies only, said my doctor sent me and he says well must not had any openings. This is before he even looked at me. Wouldn’t let me explain why I needed to be there. Will request someone else next time.

The worst experience ever. This "doctor" is rude and overwhelming, doesn't listen and totally fabricated issues on MyChart. Plus basically mocking my wife's issue by saying she was "drug seeking" when we were clearly there because of her primary's recommendation. I am shocked that this guy is even in practice. His reviews say it all.

Accused me of drug seeking tho I never asked him for medication. Refused to help me. And put false statements in my discharge paperwork

Wish I would have known about reviews before heading to Pro Health ER in Mukwonago. But wouldn't have known if this Dr was there on or not before going. The young lady at the check in desk was great as well as the nurse. Both very compassionate and calming manners. Was at ease until ER Dr. Frank Szatkowski came in the room. Immediately condescending. Anything I tried to explain, it was as if it wasn't meaning anything to him. Barely touched the area I was in there for. No X-ray. Just pushed over the counter pain reliever and over the counter pain patches (that his wife uses). Wasted trip. Pain and the injury is worse after a week from this visit. Will be searching for orthopedic specialist care now. The new facility is great construction and comfortable to be in as it is all new, but they need to get competent and caring ER Dr's in there for the best outcome for the patients going there for help.

This doctor treated me at the Mukwonago ER. I could hear the nurse telling him that I was "fine" and "didn't need to be there" before he came in. When he came in the room he never asked me what was going on and he was very condescending. When my labs were ready he called me through the remote (!!??!!) to tell me I was fine and that I could leave. Horrible physician. Leave your care to the professionals at Froedtert or Aurora.

He was condescending, demeaning, and left me sitting in the room with no treatment for hours. He also wrote inaccurate information in my chart. The lack of caring was appalling.

My 92 year old father had the misfortune of seeing Dr Szatkowski at the Mukwonago ER. This doctor was rude and offensive. His arrogant attitude had my fathers crying. His personal compassion and treatment of patients displays a total lack of regard for people during their worst times. I will not ever visit the Mukwonago ER or this doctor and I suggest anyone dealing with him think twice before allowing him to belittle their well being or that of a loved family member.

Instead of helping me when I was extremely sick with asthma this doctor decided to chastise me instead. Offered no help and was completely unprofessional. Would not recommend him to anyone.
