Great Doctor and great staff, I had both shoulders repaired, all is well. No one likes to be operated on but I am so glad I had this done two year ago.

I've been going to Dr Mirrer since the early 1990's. Always pleasant and very much knowledgeable! I think he is the best orthopedic doctor in R.I.

I love Dr Mirrer, He always makes me feel at ease and explains everything to me in words that I can understand. He is very gentle when draining fluid from my knee. I would definitely recommend him. I've been with him for years and he did 2 surgeries on my knees

The entire practice was wondering, I went to Dr Mirrer for hip pain and after X-ray from a very friendly technician and a great nurse who was very thorough Dr M suggested PT and the staff there was also wonderful very professional and caring. I would recommend the practice did not have a bad experience from my time there

Dr. Mirrer performed 2 surgeries (May and June 2018) on my right shoulder, Labrum and Rotator Cuff (Complete tears in both). The surgeries went well and Dr. Mirrer kept me fully informed from start to finish, and I'm happy to say that I have full range and use of my right shoulder without any pain. I would highly recommend Dr. Mirrer.

Dr. Mirrer perform a labrum repair on my left shoulder. He is very thorough and detailed. Made sure I understood what I needed to due and was very particular on my recovery. As a result I had a very good experience and would recommend Dr. Mirrer to anyone needing shoulder work. I did ask him about helping my wife who had broken her wrist which resulted in very limited mobility. He would not take this on as he said it was not his specialty but he did refer us to another doctor who did operate and resolved my wife's issue completely. Kudos to Dr. Mirrer for knowning when to say no and when to say yes

Dr. Mirrer is extremely focused and knows his stuff. He is the type of doctor that insists on reviewing an MRI disc vs. just reading the report. He takes the time to fully examine you to determine what your issue is. He is not one to rush into surgery immediately. In my case, he took a conservative approach but left me with options if things did not improve. I would highly recommend him. Additionally, I found his staff to be wonderful, in particular Connie and Karen who are in the back with him.

Dr Mirrer is one of the best orthopedic doctors in RI. He has some of the best staff people working for him from the moment you check-in to the moment you check out. Each member you encounter during an appointment is friendly, caring and respectful and has a great concern for your privacy. Even when I have called in with an immediate concern, an appointment is found as soon as possible. I feel well cared for and in good hands with Dr Mirrer and his staff.

The Dr. & his staff are attentive and professional. They take the time necessary to make certain the patient understands his healthcare needs and then they walk the patient through the process from beginning to end. The pre-surgical visits left me prepared and unconcerned about my surgery. My surgery was performed at RWH and my experience was exceptional. The surgery went well. And, the doctor and his staff have made my post-surgical experience and recovery smooth & easy. THANK YOU !!!

I am not happy with the office manager and her policies. I feel this office is not a customer service office who are there for the patient's needs in their time of distress and vulnerability. They nickel and dime you for everything. This saddens me of this doctor's office management staff because I think Dr. Mirrer is a good doctor but because of the treatment his patients have to face I would not recommend anybody to this office because of this.

Franklin Mirrer is an excellent physician with an attentive, easy-going manner. His staff is friendly and professional, the office is clean, spacious and comfortable. If physical therapy is needed, you're in luck and in good hands: Warwick Physical Therapy Institute is conveniently located across the hall. I would definitely recommend Dr. Mirrer to family and friends.

I would like to give a rating of zero stars but had to choose one. Do yourself a favor and do NOT go to this so called doctor. He has no personality, and as far as bedside manner is concerned, he doesn't even try. He would not listen to my concerns about symptoms I was having so I found another doctor that did and now am getting the care I deserve. I feel sorry for anyone that continues seeing this guy.

Without a doubt, the best physician I have seen in seventeen years of l..iving in Rhode Island. As a doctor myself, I fully trust in his skill in diagnostics and treatment. He is compassionate, caring, and highly committed to the health and well-being of his patients. Each member of his office team is wonderfully caring and patient-focused -- hard to find in this day and age -- always welcoming me and exceptionally friendly.

When I first went to Dr mirror for my shoulder he was awesome really cared about his patience but now that he has gotten too big for his britches it all about the money with him he could care less about the patient ,he refused to see my wife who was in a car accident over a 400.oo bill in a settlement case the we have not recieved reinbursement for yet , do yourself a favor find a more compassionate DR
